Chard Scottish Country Dancing Club
Venue: Chardstock Community Hall, Monday 7.30 - 10.00 pm

We normally do 4 or 5 dances or brush up on a bit of technique, break for a cup of tea or coffee, and then do 4 or 5 more. We host several Dances every year at Chardstock on a Saturday night and our members are always welcome to attend the Dances of other Clubs. In a worldwide community, it is quite common to receive visitors from Europe, the US and Asia, and for us to dance with them.  There is no need to come with a partner. Steps are taught progressively; all dances are walked through slowly before dancing; and experienced dancers help beginners.
